Return & Refund Policy

At Dictionary Threads, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced individually after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at dictionarythreads@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, when applicable

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Size and Color Selection

Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size, color, or product was selected at checkout.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the printing process.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at dictionarythreads@gmail.com.

Once production has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
